Impossible Foods

The Impossible Foods website invites users to explore the brand’s mission, learn about the benefits of plant-based meat, and discover where to buy its products. The platform highlights Impossible Foods’ environmental focus, showcasing the lower impact of plant-based meat compared to traditional meat.

The project involved a complete redesign and development of impossiblefoods.com, covering marketing, product information, and lead generation. Built using the NextJS framework with Static Site Generation (SSG), the platform integrates with the Contentful headless CMS, as well as APIs from vendors like Shopify and Firebase. Hosting and CI/CD workflows were powered by Netlify, ensuring a seamless and scalable solution.

In my role as Technical Director at Monks, I played a key role from the start, contributing to sales efforts, winning the project pitch, and leading the discovery and technical requirements gathering phase. Once the production team transitioned in, I remained informed and available for escalations.
